sign up for internet-banking, by going to our website
www.tcpcu.org and apply for enrollment. We are now offering
Bill-pay services from your checking account only. For the first 90
days after you sign up, there will be no fees for transactions.
To enroll, from
the home page click on the E-Branching link, then on the E-Branching link in
the center of the E-Branching page, select enrollment on the menu bar. Fill
out the enrollment information and click on submit and your account will be
turned on for you. You will receive an encrypted password In your
email which will enable you to sign into your account. Any questions just
call us or fill out a contact us message at the sign up sight.

Information updates
If
you have not checked on your beneficiary and membership account information
lately---you may need to update the information. Some of the accounts have
never been updated. If you need for us to send information for updating the
account, please send us an email, call or contact us on the website and let
us know if you would like to do this.
Annual Board Meeting
The annual meeting of the Board of
Directors was held on February 21, 2008 at the Credit Union office at 4:05
pm. After the call to order the minutes were read and treasurers report was
presented. A report on the state of business was presented and discussed.
The elections for Two board seats were opened and the election was held.
Sandy Uldrick and Ed Blackburn were re-elected to those seats. The meeting
was then opened to the floor for discussions. Afterward the meeting was
closed.

The Credit Union is adding on a new storage room. This will serve as
our disaster recovery office should anything happen to the main
building. We will be storing our main equipment –computer server,
monitor, and all our files in the fireproof building. Also we will
have a room large enough to hold our monthly board meetings. We are
looking so forward to its completion.
